Golf Course Amenities and Services

Golf Course

Pine Valley boasts an 18 hole championship golf course considered one of the finest in the Midwest. A professional staff coordinates all golf activities and the Golf shop serves as the center of all golf activity, services and communications. The course is normally open April 1st thru November 30th, weather permitting. All golf members are required to have a handicap recorded at Pine Valley. Pine Valley Country Club is very proud of our 18-hole championship golf course. The course provides a challenge to all skill sets.

The clubhouse staff ensures that all members and guests get the most out of their round. We have a well stocked Pro Shop with apparel and equipment from all the major brands.

The course itself is manicured to perfection under the careful watch of Superintendent Steve Mueller. Words and images don't do this golf course justice. We hope you will stop by the course and see it for yourself.

The golf shop has a wide variety of golf equipment, clubs, shoes and clothing available for purchase. Special orders are available. Merchandise may be charged to your Club account. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted from members and guests.

Club Storage

Club storage is available to members for an annual fee.

Locker Service Fees

Private locker and shoe service is available for men and women.  Full lockers and half locker are charge as an annual fee.

Certified Junior Golfers

The Certified Junior Golf Program is designed to assure that the children of members are properly indoctrinated into the game of golf. The certification process is intended for those individuals with a serious interest and desire to become more proficient at the game of golf. Any junior wishing to become certified must be able to play quickly and keep up with the group ahead at all times. No junior golfer will be certified to play on the course unless they have passed a written test on the basic rules, etiquette, and fundamentals of the game. A member of the Professional Golf Staff will administer the certification test. Study Guides are available in the Pro Shop for the junior to take home and prepare for the test.

Golf Carts & Pull Carts

Drivers must have a valid driver’s license in order to operate golf carts. Please use cart paths as much as possible. Green posts, short of greens signify that carts must return to cart paths! Contact the Golf Shop staff if you are looking for a game. There are usually many opportunities to fill out a group, and it’s a great way to meet new friends!

Men's Prize Fund

At the beginning of the golf season, mandatory contributions are made to the "Men’s Prize Fund". All Golf Members are charged the "Men's Prize Fund" each season and covers the entry fee for approximately 15 tournaments each year. In order to participate in and compete for prizes, a member, including Juniors (18 & under), must have contributed to this fund. Members over the age of 70 may opt out of the Men’s Prize Fund at the beginning of the season, however, they will not be eligible to participate in those events unless the "Men's Prize Fund" is paid.

Hole In One

Each time a Member has a hole in one, every Golf Member is billed for the hole in one insurance.
